What This Is & Who It’s For

This is a box of 168 male 2-prong pigtail harnesses. Each one has a 7-inch lead with terminated connectors, ready to go. This isn’t a one-off part for a single repair. This is for the shop foreman, the serious custom builder, the installer who goes through these by the dozen. If you’re wiring up LED light bars, pods, or any 2-prong accessory across multiple vehicles or a fleet, this bulk pack is how you stay efficient and consistent. You get 168 plugs in one shot. No waiting, no running out mid-job.

The connector spacing is a standard 0.205″ (5.2mm), and the 7″ lead gives you just enough wire to work with cleanly. The housing is durable, the terminals are corrosion-resistant, and they mate perfectly with our single female pigtails (S608, S610, S612) and a huge range of aftermarket LED lighting.

Specs & Build Details

  • Quantity: 168 individual pigtail harnesses.
  • Connector Type: Male, 2-prong (bullet style).
  • Wire Lead: 7 inches from base of connector to wire end.
  • Terminal Spacing: 7 inches between the two male plugs. This is a critical measurement for matching to many dual-function LED lights.
  • Wire Gauge: 18 AWG – handles the load for standard LED lighting setups.
  • Housing Material: PA66 (Nylon) for heat resistance and durability.
  • Terminal Material: Brass, tin-plated for better conductivity and corrosion resistance.
  • Packing: Bulk kit, organized for easy storage and access.

The Main Job: Wiring Dual Revolution LED Lights

Here’s the most common, specific application. You’re installing a pair of those dual-function LED lights (running light + turn signal, or turn signal + brake light). Each light needs two separate power inputs. This male pigtail is designed for that.

How it works: You use one of these male pigtails for each light. The 7-inch spacing between the male plugs matches the common spacing on the back of these LED lights. You then pair it with our Single Female Pigtail Harnesses (S608, S610, S612). You plug the male ends from this harness into those female connectors. The other end of those female pigtails gets wired to your vehicle’s power, ground, and switch circuits. It creates a clean, sealed, and serviceable connection point right at the light. No splicing directly into the light’s factory wires. It’s a pro install method.

Other Places You’ll Use These

While the dual LED light setup is prime, these are universal 2-prong connectors. In the shop, you’ll find a use for them everywhere:

  • General Accessory Power: Any 2-wire accessory (fog lights, single-function pods, interior lights) that uses standard bullet connectors.
  • Repair & Replacement: Fixing damaged or corroded connectors on existing wiring harnesses. Cut the old one off, crimp or solder this new one on.
  • Custom Harness Building: Creating your own custom lighting or accessory harnesses from scratch. Buying in bulk saves time and money.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Standardizing connections across multiple vehicles for easier repair and part swapping.

Why This Kit From OEM Auto Part Shop?

Because the last thing you need is a connector that melts, corrodes, or doesn’t fit right. We source these to meet OEM-grade material specs. The nylon housing can handle under-hood temperatures. The tin-plated brass terminals ensure a solid electrical connection that won’t degrade quickly. The 18 AWG wire is the correct size for the job—not some skimpy 20 or 22 gauge that causes voltage drop.

At $1.10 per plug in a 168-count kit, you’re getting a reliable component at a volume price that makes sense for business. You’re not paying for retail packaging or marketing. You’re paying for the part and the reliability. We know what you need because we’re installers too.

Straight Talk on Installation

Tools You’ll Need: Wire strippers, crimpers (or soldering iron), heat shrink tubing, and a heat gun. Always use them.

Process: Strip about 1/4″ of insulation from the end of the 7″ lead. Crimp or solder your vehicle’s wire to it. Slide on a piece of adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing over the joint and apply heat. This seals out moisture and prevents pull-out. That’s it. Do it right once.

Pairing: Remember, for the dual LED light setup, you must use
